When feedback gets deleted, send the submitter an email with a reason (like a tag) and reference to a duplicate or rule.
Then the submitter isn't surprised instead of resubmitting it, which makes it easier for both sides.
Also, when rapidly multiple changes to the same feedback gets submitted, make the server automatically merge them as one change, so the reviewers don't have to do things twice, I assume this is already the case.
Prevent duplicates better! You can do that by improving the search engine to find more similar feedback.
Stimulate submitters to write shorter feedback. Sometimes only a title is necessary. Then the feedback team can ask specific questions where the submitter is told not to hurry to respond and is asked for selective information, making it more productive and easier to read for reviewers.
Complements on actually deleting posts, as Stack exchange doesn't always do that.
