Add boost button for better flying experience (for touch screen devices)

When you hold firework in main hand while flying with elytra, there should be boost button where you can press it to enable boost while flying. It is sometimes annoying for touch screen users to press long their screen to boost their elytra. This button will be very efficient for them.
