Heavy dispenser

Some of you are maybe looking for a way to build a house or a bridge automatically using redstone, or maybe to push the stucked sugar canes after using pistons, or a way to shoot arrows so far and more powerful.
Introducing you the Heavy Dispenser, the solution for everything!

Block features :

• Throws any block as fallen blocks (except for some blocks like obsidian, bedrock ... etc) and the throwing power depends on the redstone signal.
• Throws items so far away than the normal dispenser, (depends on the redstone signal).
• Some special tools/items (like shears, buckets, ...etc) will be thrown like normal items except for arrows, potions, fireballs and other stuff.
• Arrows will deal so much damage than the normal, (depends on the redstone signal).
• If the dispenser is empty (or has non throwable blocks) it will make an air pressure. Any entity standing on its face will be pushed. (useful in sugar cane farms).

How should it look like:
Its face quite similar to this picture, golds on the corners with open mouth and some other details. (red color is opitional), the rest of the block all have golds on the corners.
