Change cursor to a pointing finger when hovering over clickable text

It's hard to identify what part of a text component in the Minecraft chat window is clickable when hovering over it with the mouse cursor as the cursor itself does not change in appearance. In web browsers it is a well established paradigm that hyperlinks will change the cursor to a pointer finger when hovering over a link.

For sanity's sake, please change the cursor to a pointing finger to help identify which part of the text is clickable.
