The Woc A milkable, rideable chest holding mob

I have a idea for a new mob, the Woc a milkable and rideable mob which looks a bit like a Ravager, you can attach a chest to it saddle it and milk it for their experience giving milk. I think it should look similar to a Ravager except not have the grey skin, this might be a bit OP but I am sure that if this even gets seen by a developer it would give them another idea on how to improve it. I thought that maybe it could be summoned in a similar way to a Iron Golem by placing iron blocks in a certain pattern. I also thought that you could attach an Ender chest to it.
