Weapon enchants should all proc and deal damage/do healing based on how fast a weapon is.
Right now, we all know that fighter binding is probably one of hte best weapons in the game, and that's because it's is capable of procing the enchants are more often than any other weapon.
Suggestion to have slower weapons proc more often and/or deal more damage/heal more hit points for those enchantment procs. So while fighter binding say, would have a 5% chance to crit, something like a claymore would proc at 50% with the Critical hit Proc. Same thing for damage from things like Shockwave and swirling. The faster the weapon, the less damage it does and vice versa. Balance it out a little, and maybe have other options for weapons for melee builds instead of just Fighter Binding and Cursed Axe/Whirlwind
