Glow Ingot’s

I have a really OP idea of glow squids. Here it is.
Glow squids drop glow ink sacs, my idea is that they should be able to be crafted into Glow ingots. Glow ingots can be crafted with Lapis or redstone. Here is how it works. Glow ingot can be put into armor, and it will give the armor a glow effect, and decreases negative potion effects and potion durations. If you put lapis onto the ingot, negative potion effects like levitation will be like slower, by slower levitation wont make you fly as fast as normal levitation does. If you put redstone, it will decrease potion effect duration. Ofcourse this will be very useless to your own potions. But its useful against arrows of like harming and poison. Normal glow ingot will just be normal, but redstone and lapis will make a portion of it stronger. Glow ingot's or Glow ingot's with lapis or redstone can also be brewed into potions.

    also it could raise the light level around you by 3, good for keeping mobs away and to see properly, bad for a stealth raid
