External Servers For PS and Xbox

I would love to play external servers on PS4 but can't because of the limitations... I am trying to host a SMP server with a 35 player limit, but cannot because of the lack of server freedom.

    i tried so many ways with my friends to join my custom server that i am hosting and there is no way for me to do so and everyone want a free always running server to join and have fun that you can play with friends.
