Make Blaze Hunting more interesting

To give more challenge to the game, it would be cool if blaze spawner pillars were disconnected from the pathways, so you would have to build your way to the spawner. They should also make blazes spawn only from the spawners and make the pillars only appear in open areas. This would add some more challenge to fighting blazes, and more varied gameplay to the nether fortress.
