When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

super pistons

these pistons would have the push limit of 24 blocks. (unlike regular pistons that have a push limit of twelve.) although they would be a lot harder to craft and they would require a full Redstone signal. also they would look a lot beefier. these would be useful in things like piston elevators and flying machines and many other things. also maybe the crafting recipe would be like a regular piston's but instead of an iron ingot there would be a gold ingot, and there would be iron blocks instead of cobblestone.

    Okay, I'm just going to leave a comment on this idea instead of posting my own because it's nearly identical, but how about a Netherite Piston?

    Place a piston in a crafting table and surround it with 3 netherite ingots and one redstone in a cross pattern with the redstone as the bottom cross and the piston obviously in the middle. This Netherite Piston wouldn't need a minimum signal of 15 to be powered, though, because that would be very unfair. Maybe a minimum of 4 or 5 could work on the other hand.

    This is actually what we need for making castle doors so the door would close right away and you could make elevators so I’m saying it’s a great idea

    I LOVE your idea! I think that we need a type of netherite piston that have the normal crafting recipe but instead of cobble stone it would be netherite ingots and instead of wood it would be iron ingots or something else like that. It will cost a lot of items but it will be worth it if the push limit is 24 or more. I like the idea of that the signal strength will be on 15 to get it to work.
