This structure serves two main purposes: to add more to explore to the nether, and to bring the wither, who often goes unfought, to the attention of new players. It would be slightly rarer than nether fortresses
It would spawn in all nether biomes except basalt delta. There would be a variant that generates completely on lava with stilts, requiring bridging or a strider to reach. It would be grander, more organized and slightly bigger than the Overworld's villages, but ruined and patrolled by wither skeletons with enchanted weapons and tools, including soul speed boots to make them more deadly on the village's soul soil paths. The buildings are made of blackstone bricks, are low, square, flat-roofed buildings. Some have stairs leading up to a collapsed second floor, and a few still have a second floor. The houses line a long soul soil path, sometimes with a branching path with more houses. At the path's end would be a 3 story tower, with a wither summoning statue missing two skulls at the top, possibly with the wither painting behind it. New players would be enticed to complete the statue, and more experienced players could loot the villages for the skull, making the task of collecting wither skulls more fun, but still difficult because of this structure's rarity. There would also be valuable loot in the chests around the city, from iron to netherite scraps and low durability diamond tools, but the armoured, soulspeed wither skeletons would make raiding it a dangerous business
