Let the brewing stand keep its progression as you disconnect

(For Java Edition, maybe both)

As you know, today's furnaces have an interesting feature, which is keeping its progression (the arrow showing for how long it has been cooking) even if you log out or unload the chunk. This progression is just paused by the time you're not there.

However, I noticed this feature wasn't added to the brewing stand. It just resets as you log out, and starts all over again. I think adding this feature to the brewing stand would only be beneficial, as it would improve automatic machines and avoid breaking some others while disconnecting.
