Improve Squids AI for Swimming Away

Squids and Glow Squids have been known to swim far away from being attacked but it doesn't always function properly. They either don't react fast enough to avoid the threat or don't jet away at all. Especially with them being hunted down with Axolotls, this needs to be fixed.
