Being able to change the background image without resource pack.

The background screen on the opening menu changes every major update, and i feel like you should be able to change it without a resource pack. The reason why is because major updates take up to a year to release and it would be fun to switch the flavor up every once in a while. You should be able to select between all of the background images in updates so far (overworld, ocean, village, bee Forest, village, and nether.)

    Yes, I would love a way to change the backgrounds in Minecraft.
