Lateral Beacons

Make a command that gives you a lateral beacon item in java edition. You can then use a debug stick to alter the direction of the beacon. The lateral beacon will not have any of the functionality of normal beacons (no beacon effects), and the beam it outputs would simply stop at any blocks it runs into, and it would not require a ore block base to activate it, it is simply activated with the debug stick. This would be purely meant for creative worlds and I think it would be very useful for map building and asthetics
