Pirate Raiders

Pirate Illagers that spawn in boats during raids would be a good idea.

    for costal vilages and might have a new type of boat

    Boat update first maybe with pilotable ships that you can have your own crew of npcs in to fight off pirates. Also don't have to be illagers
