Sheep Texture Change

One thing that always annoys me is that whenever a sheep is sheared, you can't tell what color it is. I know that there is only one texture file for sheep, but I think that when a sheep doesn't have fur/hair, the little bits of it still remaining should be the proper color. They also lose their face color, so there is no way to know what color the sheep is.
