This would mainly be used for making maps, and it would work something like this: when the command is activated, it will gives the entity(s) a speed towards a selected location, and you can select whether other physics is applied(gravity, walking, bubble columns,ect)
This is an example.
/setspeed ExamplePlayer 1 1233 67 -1887 true
(Player) (speed) (coordinates) (other physics)
