Shortcut keys for settings and presets

So I always have to go to the settings, change the render distance, AO, particles, and sometimes I have to do it while playing some minigame, so it would be a lot easier if you could just press a shortcut key to change some specific settings, and add presets to make it easier to organise, it could look like a small button at the side of the setting, where you can put your shortcut key.
