In my opinion, There should be rewards for beating Dungeons on Apocalypse+, such as a in-game cape for dungeons, Java, and bedrock. However, I think this should be implemented AFTER the Java migration, so all the accounts would be linked through Microsoft. You could get the cape for dungeons without Hero Edition, but you would need hero edition to get it for Java and/or Bedrock edition.
