Change the pvp 1.9 to 1.8 with a gamerule

This new gamerule will serve to change the pvp.
As you know, since 1.9 combat changed. This caused the servers to stagnate in 1.8 making these servers unable to use the new content of the latest updates.
This is what I think, a command of the following form: / gamerule PvP (old / new).
Also the stats of the weapons will change according the pvp you choose.
Sorry for the spelling, i am not a englishman.

    should be a kinda switch in the gamerule command to change 1.8pvp and 1.9pvp and the new one from combat tests
