Allow 3rd Party Java Launchers

With the update to Microsoft accounts, 3rd party launchers will be broken. Some 3rd party launchers have very useful features that just aren't in the base game (e.g. MultiMC). Please rollout a fix for this problem BEFORE requiring Microsoft accounts.

Yes, thank you!

Plus of course I'd rather just run a Java executable than a platform-specific one. I like having backups especially since we've had N generations of launchers that keep getting quietly deprecated...
