Pumpkin Giant

A Pumpkin boss you can spawn it would take a jack o lantern and 4 red sandstone blocks in iron golem shape it would shake for 15 seconds and summon the boss

What would this bosses attacks be, how much health would it have and what would it's drops be?

Since every golem is made with a pumpkin, I think it would make more sense if it had a different name. Kind of a cool idea though! It would be nice to have another unique challenge for advanced players. What if it had some unique attributes that require a different fighting style than, say, another new boss? If there were separate unique challenges for players to pursue, it might make the progression in minecraft more of a tree and less of a chain. At the moment I think the bosses are arranged in an ascending order of difficulty, and it would be cool to shake that up.
