Hitting a villager with an thrown Ender Pearl should not anger them

When you throw an ender pearl at a villager currently, it scares them and causes them to raise their prices, like other player attacks. This can happen because you were trying to get out of a jam, but a villager was there. Since Ender Pearls do no damage, I think that they should not panic from them.

    I'm not sure Ender Pearls should do this, but snowballs shouldn't as it is more playful. Perhaps they don't anger if it hits Villager children
