make custom commands with simple mc commands

As the topic suggests the idea is about making custom command but with help of regular mc commands only.
Here is a simple example on  how it can be done.
First of all the owner will need to register the list of commands.it should be like
/hub : /function hub

in it whenever user enter /hub in chat then that command changes to /function hub

the function hub should contain following commands

/tp @s 100 50 90  

or any thing else.
I know that it dont gives full taste of custom commands but it makes many things possible

    I actually like it, but it would probably have to be done in the JSON format. Then you could put that file in a folder called commands (in your data pack).
