Zombie horse in normal minecraft

Maybe minecraft could make so zombies will attack horses. However if a zombie kills a untamed horse it will be hostile and untameable. If a zombie kills a tamed horse it will be neutral but loyel to the owner. Giveing horses leather horse armor will make so zombies won't attack that horse. You can cure a zombie horse the same way you cure a zombie villager. This idea will give use to the yet interesting mob but useless mob. I mean they retextured them in the village and pillage update. Wich means minecraft still cares about zombie horses.
