More birds and elytra to create

In minecraft, I missed something in the air to plup the sad clouds of what you would say to flying birds. The first bird would be, for example, an eagle, the chance to get out in the air is 1/3and the chance of an aggressive eagle is 1/5 who will attack and take one heart would occur only in the day and would only be in hard mode. My next idea is elytra to create I know that it would be a little too easy but elytra in a certain mustache replaces the wings and the recipe could be this: at the top in the middle of the thread and on the sides from top to bottom of a sheet of paper. I would also ask that if you put it into all versions of minecraft.
