add zombie horse

Have the zombie horse be added as a variant of the normal horse when struck by lightning

    They could be cured like Zombie Villagers, possibly giving it better abilities

    Skeleton traps already have the lighting thing, so maybe zombies could ride on zombie horses sometimes if the difficulty is high enough
