Add a direct response feature for chat messages

It would be very handy if, similar to platforms like Discord and WhatsApp, you could select individual messages from players in chat and reply to them. In crowded chats, it often gets very confusing and conversation threads get lost. Player A should be able to select a message from player B in the chat (for example by hovering over it) and player A should then be able to write a normal chat message. As soon as player A sends the message, however, it should be visually recognizable for all other players, but especially for player B, that player A refers to player B's message with his reply. Perhaps this could be refined with a small sound effect.
