Add in a feature that allows you to only see Steve skins [Bedrock Edition]

This feature would make it so that nobody has a skin other than Steve. This will help eliminate the problem of Yoda skins on servers being insanely overpowered due to their lowered hitbox plus it'll help with the problem of innapropriate skins in case there are younger audiences playing.

    Yoda skins pog and I think that should only apply to servers
