Customizable skin with one file on all platforms

I would like to propose a customization system by which the player could change the appearance of his character by placing a file on a page on the profile, in the official website of Minecraft, and it is saved on all platforms, regardless of whether it is Xbox, PS4 or PS5 and Nintendo Swich not only on PC.

It would already be great if it was at least saved globally for all PCs. But having your skin everywhere would of course be even better.
