Make crossplay for Minecraft

I saw that theres "supposed" to be crossplay but there actually isnt. Im still not able to play with my son while he's on a switch and I'm on my PC. Its sad really, waste of money. Dont bother replying to this you tech guys never solve anything by "trying" to help. Just fix it... not holding my breath or anything though.

    you will need Nintendo Switch Online for cross-play on any game, including Minecraft.

    You did buy the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft on PC? Java edition is not crossplay compatible. If you both sign in through Xbox live you should be able to just invite them, failing that, it is likely a router issue which is a fault at your end.
