Player hunger should still be visible when you are riding a mob

When riding a mob like a strider or a horse, your hunger bar is replaced by that mob's health, so instead the hunger bar should still be there but maybe the mob's health should be shown above your hunger (like the armour bars are shown above the player health).

    Yes, I think it's really annoying that I can't see my hunger when I am on a horse.
