Owned (P) items Sync to Microsoft Account

I have some super rare Minecraft bedrock skins, I have the Minecon 2016 skins and the Cityfolk and Townsfolk skinpacks. I have purchased them a long time ago and I do not see why they should not sync to my Microsoft Account. Please Marketplace devs fix this.
