Sign Improvements

For Bedrock Edition and Java Edition

1. You can use item on an alrealy placed sign to edit the text on it.

2. Whdn using colored text on signs and a new line is started, the color from the previous line, unless csnceled out manually.

3. In settings, there is an option to turn off signs popping up on-screen with a HUD,  this would be useful when placing a lot of signs down to, e.g. stop water from flowing.

I think many players would welcome these changes, and it would be a very nice feature to have. Thanks!
