Chickens should drop 1-3 raw chickens

I don't really get on why cows and pigs drop 1-3 meat, so why not chickens?

    Because it wouldn't make sense for one chicken to drop multiple chicken bodies. Besides, they lay eggs, which makes it easier to farm them

    If they dropped chicken legs they could drop 1-2
