Make Axolotls slowly die when on sand or gravel

Dear Minecraft team, I am an extreme Minecraft fan and I love the addition to axolotls. I have a small suggestion related to axolotl care in-game however. Axolotls in real life when in a tank with a sand or gravel floor can swallow the gravel/sand, this can be very damaging for the axolotl's digestive system. If a child ever gets an axolotl in real life because of the game (understandable, they are very cute!) then they might want to make the bottom of the tank sand/gravel, similar to a fish. Having axolotls suffocate slowly after being on sand/gravel would be a great way to teach kids proper axolotl care. Thank you for your time.
