Add character creator options to classic skins

Picture this. 

You have found a brilliant skin on one of the many skin websites (for example, a Santa skin, seeing that it’s Christmas!) but you think it needs a few more... 3D features.

That’s where the character creator (or as it is now, a character editor) comes in. It allows for further customisation of your skins. It would also encourage more players to use the creator, therefore putting more use into it.

  In the Xbox 1 Edditon, It wont let us put or buy skins of our favorites like youtubers and character from tv.
