If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Extremely rare generated structure

I suggest that mojang adds a new generated structure that has chests with new items that you can only obtain from there. The new structure would be extremely rare to find and have someone that comes across it screaming because of how rare it is.
