When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Dispensers should be able to apply name tags

If a dispenser has a renamed name tag in it, you could power the dispenser and if there is a mob on the block that the dispenser is facing, it could apply the name tag to the mob. Benefits of this include: The ability to name a bunch of hostile mobs really quickly and automatically to stop them from despawning. Make a bunch of _jeb sheep ...and many more
