Axolotls should dry faster in the Nether

As we already know, axolotls need to be wet to live. That means they need to be in the water or under the rain. This behavior isn't new. Snow golems need appropriate conditions to exist too. But they also have the places where they can't live because they melt in them.

Axolotls are a bit more hardy but the Nether is still a place where it is difficult to live without water.

There may also be a way to keep the axolotl from drying out: if you use a splash water bottle on the axolotl it will stay wet for another 1 minute.
