New Mob Idea: Snatchers

Snatchers would be rare mobs that spawn only in the end, and have the same stats as an Enderman (They can Teleport, are hurt by water, and have the same health and damage as an Enderman) but when they attack the player, they steal a random item from your hotbar. They drop all items stolen when slain.
They would also have a 75% chance to drop a Snatcher claw, an idea for future crafting recipes.
