Make bats more useful by lowing spawn rates of spiders in caves.

I was chatting with a friend about the new update that's coming out and we thought. "Hey, why do bats have basically no use besides being cute and making obnoxious screeching noises?" Well I have a solution for that. Make it so that when bats spawn in the area of a player, the chances of a spider spawning is lowered. Since bats eat bugs and all. We thought  it would be a neat thing to add since the new update is coming out.
