Telescopes should have a small chance to be in shipwrecks

In 1.16, shipwrecks were made more rare. And lets be honest, apart from the buried treasure maps, the loot you get from them (leather armour, poisonous potato) is mediocre. So i think it would make sense to have a very rare chance to find a telescope in a shipwreck chest. It would fit the pirate theme of the shipwrecks. They should be slightly rare though, because otherwise that ruins the whole part of gathering up the amethyst crystals.
