Add the option to choose the port when opening to LAN

Basically, when in the open to LAN menu screen, there should also be an option where you can choose your own port, and when left empty it chooses a random one. I use a mod like this a lot when I try to play with my friends on our single player worlds but it would be nice to have it as a default in game feature.
