Backwards Diagonal Arrow Keys for Mobile

Add backwards diagonal arrow keys to Bedrock Edition on mobile devices. We have forward diagonal keys, but we are missing the ability to walk backwards diagonally like you can in PC and console versions of Minecraft. The ability to walk backwards diagonally on mobile would make building/block placing easier and more like the PC and console editions, and it would increase parity between the editions of Minecraft.
