Bedrock players should be able to use NBT tags

All bedrock players should be able to use the NBT tags like java players as it is pretty unfair to bedrock players that java players to be able to change a entity's or block's data with a command (for example: placing a command block with a command already in it) yet they cant. Please add the ability to do this somewhere in between updates 1.16 and 1.17! Please and thank you!
