I think there should be a special nametag, that can turn a humanoid hostile mob into a friendly or neutral mob. For example, using it on a zombie makes it neutral, giving it a name (the one on the nametag) and make him wander around the player or something, while using it on a witch or an illager could make them neutral/friendly, maybe even let the player trade with them for some brewing ingredient, potions, or iron tools/crossbows/low or mid level enchanted books. I think this feature could be pretty enjoyable, enhancing the customisation options in creative mode and having a way to interact with other humanoids in survival mode. Illagers, pillagers and witches likely speak the same language as villagers, so why don't make them approachable in other ways other than fight? I could see this special nametag either a super rare item found in some specific structure, as end cities or other out-of-reach places, or craftable using a nametag and some kind of gem dropped by some wither-like boss, or super rare mob, so it's not an exploitable way to defeat raids, and survival players most likely will be able to have one to three friendly mobs per world, unless they really want to grind for days. I already made this suggestion under the blocks and items topic, but for some reason I can not edit or delete it.
