Buildable portal to new world file

A new buildable portal structure that when entered, creates a new world file. Independent of the current world.

As Minecraft updates with new biomes and generation, a player who has explored large areas of an existing world, need to travel further to experience. Or discard all progress and inventory to create a new world.

This may also make other aspect of exploring more accessible. 

Goal: Enable players to experience new biomes/ changes with updates, while not losing progress.

To avoid complications with portal placement destroying existing structures, this portal would create a new world file only. Not link to an existing world. Would also (I believe) not enable cheating/exploit mechanics.

Concern / challenges:

• Naming new world. (display text input upon entering portal? incrementing current name?)
• What if portal is broken?
• Would making portal not-destructible lead to exploit?
• Possibly a limited generated structure, to be found. As to better control it being exploited.
