(Java Parity) Add Subtitles

You know how there's subtitles in Java Edition, in accessibility settings? That doesn't exist in Bedrock Edition. Those should be in Bedrock edition too. I hope Mojang adds this.

    Jump scares terrify me. This accessibility option is necessary so that I can enjoy the game without jumping out of my skin by surprises.

    Subtitles have been added in the new update in the new ui. As you know the ui rolls out on different devices at different speeds. in the new 26.0 update i have been entirely unable to access them. Please fix this and the small UI soon. Minecraft bedrock edition is completely unplayable right now. thank you.

    While this system has been added to Bedrock Edition, there is still a lot of bugs regarding subtitles in Bedrock Edition, such as incorrect text for an action.
